Return & Refund Policy

SHIPPING POLICY 1. The order will be sent through courier service , lorry service ,in city bike services (porter,rapido) or you can self pick from our shop. 2.COURIER SERVICE : We have access to st courier , proffesional courier , sri gokulam courier which will be charged as 40rs per kg for tamilnadu and 50 rs per kg for rest of south india. charges for other states will be informed as per query to 9884133861. 3.LORRY SERVICE : If the parcel is big or weigh enough , we can send through any lorry service as per your request . We prefer MSS (mettur transport), KPN lorry service, RATHIMEENA . We charge 50rs per box for transit to the lorry shed and the shipping charge will be charged by the lorry services. 4. BIKE SERVICES : The order can be deliver through bike services like porter or rapido . we will inform once the order is ready and then booking should be placed by the customer. 5.For best experience ,please visit our shop between monday to saturday , 10 am to 8pm. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY 1. Refund only when product didn't reach the customer or product was expired on arriving. 2.Missing or damage items should be informed within 3 days. Always take video while opening parcel. Which will be consider as proof. 3. Claim your return within 3 days of receiving parcel. 4. Exchange only in expiry date issue within 3 days. 5. Refund will be credited after we receive the product back in genuine condition. 6. Refund will be initiated only when product is not used and in seal condition 7.
